Feeling anxious

Try the Head-Drop-on-Bed/Zend Drop-on-Bed/Technique – a simple, science-backed method to calm your mind and body instantly.

How to do it:
1. Lie flat on your bed, couch or a soft, supportive surface.
2. Let your entire body relax as you “drop” your head down.
3. Focus on the sensation of your body sinking and your breath naturally slowing down.

The science behind it:
This technique activates your parasympathetic nervous system (aka relax system) switching off the “fight or flight” response and engaging your body’s relaxation mode. It lowers stress hormones, eases tension, and grounds your thoughts.

Give it a try and reclaim your calm! Let me know how it works for you ✨

Time to confront the truth?

The Mirror’s Law was an eye opener the first time I heard it. It has roots in several philosophical and psychological traditions:

– Carl Jung, psychiatrist introduced the concept of the “shadow self”, which refers to unconscious parts of ourselves that we project onto others.

-Buddhism emphasizes that the external world is a reflection of our mind.

– Law of Assumption by Neville Goddard revolves around the principle that reality is a reflection of your inner state.

It’s a perspective that changes things once you start noticing it. Do you agree? ✨

Handling emotions

Our emotions don’t just exist in our minds, they are deeply connected to our bodies. Each feeling has a physical presence, and understanding this connection can be a game-changer.
